New Thing #143: Weight a second

I'm going to debunk a myth: Not all skinny people are in shape. I may wear a small jeans size, but I get winded walking up stairs and taking out the garbage as easily as some of my bigger boned sisters. I have a pair of three-pound free weights in my office at work, and sometimes I lift them. Then I sort of want to go to sleep. But no pain no gain, right? Tonight I lifted a set of 15-pound free weights, at 9 reps on each arm. I thought I had done ten, but after watching the video, I do believe it was just 9. I guess spontaneous, unplanned, ill-advised excercise makes me a little math-dumb.
